We’re chat all about business but what I love about what you teach is the roadmap to referrals and although I feel many small businesses start now by really diving into social media marketing- Referrals sometimes get overlooked but really can drive a business eventually without the added extra that social media does. If I’m creating an experience with a client- they’re then in return doing the work to get ME clients. So this is something I am so excited to chat with you about today and also HOW to build a refer able client experience and generate those referrals.

So I guess to start- how do you define an actual referral in business?

What are your thoughts on incentives for referrals, reviews, posts etc?

You’ve said the prequel to generating referrals is being referable- what do people overlook about their client experience when it comes to referrals?

What are the 4 types of referral sources?

What is the client experience that drives referrals and encourages them?

I know you’ve talked about how people won’t just get around to referring you even if they say it- which I completely agree- most people that have a good experience with a business will have the best intentions of helping bring business but without cultivating it- it won’t happen- so how can we plant those referral seeds and become intentional about it?

What are the 3 strategies in building a referable business?

What are some ways you love staying connected with past clients to keep your business or service on the forefront?

What’s something that’s been on your heart on mind lately that you’ve love to share with those listening?

How can we find you, follow and learn from you?
