So I’m sure as an entrepreneur and mom the days are never truly the same, but would you walk through a typical day of how you set it up for success

I’d love to know what you did and how you help others figure out what to prioritize at home and in your business?

I see a lot of women when thinking about leveling up in business then assuming that will take away from being a mom or being present, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on building a business and how leveling it up is actually a positive thing for home life

I don’t have kids, but even so there’s a guilt associated with working too much or too little and really being all in when you’re focusing on relationships and all in when focusing on work - and I’d love to hear how you work through that if you experience it and how you encourage other mom entrepreneurs to as you coach them?

I know personally when my cup is filled, when I take time to read/journal and exercise I feel refreshed- but often a reason or excuse depends on how you define it so there isn’t enough time for me, and often we feel like we’re serving all day with no time carved out. I’m a believer in making time in order to give better and more joyful, but would you share how you encourage women and mom’s to get that me time?

And how do you encourage to implement that me time and the importance of it?

What’s an excuse or reason you personally hear from women that you’d love to change the conversation of example of the I can’t or I don’t have time or resources?

If you could share 1 or 2 ways to start the process of organizing and prioritizing, what are a few ways- if people feel like there’s too much and don’t know where to start, what are a few things to help get on the track

What’ next for you, any projects you’re looking forward to or any goals on the horizon that’s new for you?
