What really drew me in was the achievements you’ve had and yet one of the biggest advocates to finding fulfillment beyond achievement- I’m sure there’s a story there- will you share?

For myself and most women listening, it feels like a game of- not achieving enough, not creating enough, not moving enough- and it’s exhausting until we find that fulfillment- so how do you suggest to those following and tuning in that they find it?

I’ve come to really not believe in full balance- but I’d love to know your opinion on the word balance in life and what it could actually mean?

How do you encourage running after goals and dreams and those things on our hearts and teetering with the never enough syndrome that often follows as we head towards more?

What are some ways you suggest to becoming our most fulfilled selves?

It can difficult running businesses and having goals and also knowing that creating a life outside of goals is just as important- what are some ways you like to implement those joy moments whether it’s moving our bodies outside, time with family, and etc

How do we lean into our authentic selves to discover what lights us up? And being clear on what’s important and what values are?

I would love to hear something that’s on your heart lately- maybe something that keeps coming up that you’d like to share to those listening?

How can we find you, follow you and hear more from you?

What habits do you suggest implementing to stay true?
